This cheeky chappie would make a wonderful gift, to use as intended as a money bank or a fantastic piece to have as a decorative ornament.
This reproduction Smilin' Sam from Alabam' money bank is a super item to add to any collection. The coin is to be placed on the man's tongue and when the lever is pressed the coin is deposited in the bank. As the tongue goes into his head, the eyes also roll down to show only the whites of his eyes. The money can be accessed by removing the stopper in the base.
Please note: This is a reproduction cast iron product with paint effects which may show imperfections, rustic marks, scratches or chips which helps to give the antique finished appearance. The stopper will show rust.
